Yesterday was the first match of the season for us and a lot of expectations from the Royals. We lost the toss and had to bowl first and someone told me that it’s said that 80% of the teams that batted first win! And yesterday proved that both teams that batted first won. We started off really well in the first half, bowled and fielded exceptionally well but don’t know what happened when they went out to bat! Anyway as some consolation we lost the first game even last season and went on to win the championship, so fingers crossed this time too. I’ve always been positive and believe everything happens for the best, not going to let this loss dampen my spirits. 
Lost my voice screaming with excitement cheering for the team. It was great to see the jam packed stadium and a lot of RR supporters. Can’t wait for the 21st when we will be playing versus Mumbai Indians. It’s been raining here since 7am, wonder what’s going to happen to the matches today, let’s wait and watch. Nevertheless thanks so much for the support and best wishes, means a lot.

Sorry to see the RR lose so badly. For a moment I thought it was the curse of Sohail Tanveer who siglehandedly made RR win the cup last year and was ignored this time along with other Pakistani players. Cricket is the loser by not having players from Pakistan play. Cricket is for Peace and by not having the Pakis, we have basically succumbed to terror. What is your say? We miss the players, as a role model for peace and love, I am sure somewhere in the back of your mind, you too feel the same. All the best for the future matches.
By the way, I am from Dubai, and was 101% sure that your beauty will overwhelm the world the moment I saw you in your first movie.

Welcome to RSA, I’m sooooooo excited that the IPL decided to come to RSA. The only swak part is non of my friend or family could get tickets, its all sold out.
:(. I know they allocated some tickets for india and some for south africa, but all the SA tickets r sold out but not the india tickets. I so hope if they don’t get too many people from india buying tickets that they allow south africans to buy tickets instead of letting it go to waste. The newlands pitch has never been a very good pitch n its true whoever batted second on sat was at a disadvantage, but oh well its still to early to give up. RR all the way!!!!!, btw love the RR outfit u had on at the parade. Hope u have a fab time in SA, n hope u party up a STORM in the mother city.
